Day 2

Today wasn't bad until dinner, AGAIN.  I had to do some grocery shopping and chose  to do it around dinner time so I wouldn't be home.  Syd was at soccer so I just picked up Chik-fil-A for the kids.  Man did I want some bad.  The kids didn't finish their fries and they looked so good.  I wanted them, but didn't touch them.  My stomach was growling at dinner also.  I think it's because I hadn't had as much lemonade as I had yesterday.  

And all the yummy things I bought the kids look soooo good.  Again, i resisted.
I picked up the Laxative tea which should hopefully give me some kind of bowl movement, since I haven't had any.  I am going to drink it soon.

Good News:  I am down 2 pounds.  Feeling good about it.  The average is to loose 2 pounds a day so I'm right on track.  I hit 159 today.  It's been awhile since I was in the 150's.  Sad to admit since I am pretty religious about going to the gym.   They say it's normal to gain back half of the weight you lost, but I am really good at maintaining where I am, so if I can just get to where I want to be I'm not worried about gaining.

Lemonade Diet: Day 1

Here are my stats:
Age: 31
Height: 5'9 ish
Weight: 161 (as of this morning)
Pant size: 30 in inches, size8-10
Shirt: large because I don't want the clinging to my belly

My Goal:
To loose 20 pounds, tone and tighten my arms, legs and STOMACH.    I want my body to match my new breasts.   I've had 3 kids and I don't want to look like it.

Day 1:
This "lemonade" is terrible.   But I committed to it so I'm sticking with it.  I did real well most of the day until I had to cook dinner for the kids.  I have never wanted a bite of chicken salad, grilled sandwiches like I did tonight.  That was excruciatiting.  It smelled so yummy.  I craved a peanut butter sandwich too.  I didn't give in, i resisted and I feel in control because I did.   My body hasn't really felt any different.  Just had to pee more, clearly because of all the liquids.  But as I type this my chest and neck feel a little tight, my stomach is a little crampy and I have a headache.  All normal I'm sure since my body is getting rid of toxins.  

I drank 6 glasses today.  Going to try to do 8-10 tomorrow but didn't start until almost noon today.    Everyone says to drink some laxative tea at night to help with bowl movements.  I need to get that.  

I don't feel hungry per se, but I want to taste food really badly.   I'm staying away from The Food Network for the next 10 days.
